What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Due to COVID-19, extra sanitizing measures are in place to keep our customers safe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped during this time.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and ship out immediately after processing. Please note that we ship using USPS and therefore do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please refer to the tracking information provided to determine your shipping time. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as these may vary due to USPS logistics.

If you place an order for pick-up, you will receive a notification via text/e-mail stating that your order is ready. Pick-up orders must be retrieved within 2 business days or the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. 

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to you via e-mail once the order is shipped. If you haven't received tracking information after the standard 2-3 business day processing time, feel free to send us an e-mail. Tracking information is provided for delivery orders only.
